Alumni Weekend and Homecoming 2012 - Event Form

For inclusion in Alumni Weekend and Homecoming 2012 marketing materials and master calendar, please provide the following information.
The category determines where a listing will be displayed in our marketing. Affinity Groups are defined as student organizations, societies, or any group within the UM community that would like to form a reunion. Weekend Extras are community or departmental events, open house hours, or other events to be marketed to alumni weekend participants and guests.

*Alumni Avenue interested groups will be responsible primarily for member outreach. The UM Alumni Association will assist with outreach best practices to increase attendance, as well as manage the RSVP process, provide logistical support, signage, and create a designated space for groups to gather within the Avenue (minimum of 20 guests required for a designated space).

Please Note: The Office of Alumni Relations is unable to collect RSVPs for events other than Alumni Avenue participating groups, however, we are happy to review our best practices with you to make your RSVP collection a smooth process for both you and the participants.

Please check the alumni publication(s) you would like your listing to appear. Brochure space is limited, and submissions are subject to approval and may be edited for content/length.

Please Note: The office of Alumni Relations requires a proof of all material containing the above images prior to distribution. In an effort to maintain consistency in our marketing, Alumni Weekend and Homecoming 2012 images may not be altered and the consistency and integrity of the image must be maintained.
