Alumni Weekend and Homecoming 2016 marketing materials only promote events and activities taking place between November 3-6. If you have additional events outside of this date range, we can provide a link to your website for more information.

Please Note: The Office of Alumni Relations is unable to collect RSVPs or payment for events other than Alumni Avenue participating groups, however, we are happy to review our best practices with you to help your RSVP process run smoothly for both you and your invited guests.
Marketing and Publicity
Please check the alumni publication(s) you would like your listing to appear. Brochure space is limited. Submissions are subject to approval and may be edited for content/length.
Please Note: The Office of Alumni Relations requires a proof of all material containing Alumni Weekend and Homecoming branding prior to distribution. Alumni Weekend and Homecoming 2016 images may not be altered and the consistency and integrity of the image must be maintained.
Please indicate any additional details for this event that are not listed in the fields above, such as RSVP deadlines, guest number restrictions, further explanation of any fields listed as "other" above, etc.

For inclusion in the Alumni Weekend and Homecoming brochure, preliminary information must be received on or before Monday, June 1, 2016. Additionally, no new content will be accepted for the Alumni Weekend and Homecoming 2016 website after Friday, September 2, 2016.
Please note: The UM Alumni Association reserves the right to edit and/or decline content as necessary. Submitting content does not guarantee inclusion in all marketing materials. A representative will contact the event lead/chair to further discuss submissions as needed.
